When my daughter called me from Texas to let me
know that she was getting married, I found myself in a scramble
to plan a wedding that would be taking place in just four month,
2000 miles away from where I lived in California.
I started my search online for a harpist in the
Dallas area. I found Margaret’s website and e-mailed her. It
was the beginning of a wonderful experience and it would be the
only search I had to do. Margaret gave me a list of recommended
venders from D.J. services to Bird Release services.
Margaret was flexible with all of the changes we
requested through out this time period. The most amazing part
of my experience was when my son in-law, who is in the military,
was told he would have to train the weekend that the ceremony
had been scheduled. The military could only guarantee his
availability for the up coming weekend. I called Margaret in a
state of frenzy. She asked me a few questions and then told me,
let’s do it. Within 48 hours Margaret managed to reschedule
everything but one vender.
The guest at the ceremony said that it was the
most beautiful ceremony they had ever attended. The harp and
trumpet music was described as enchanting. One guest describes
when the trumpet fanfare began and the doors to the Chapel
opened and the Bride walk up to the isle, as a moment of wonder,
complete with tears and chills.
I am not exaggerating when I say that Margaret
not only saved the day but made it one of the most spectacular
moments in not only my life but the Bride and Grooms. I am
deeply grateful for all of her help and talents.
The following is a list of the vendors
recommended and our experience with them.
Jason Taylor, Videographer
Jason went above and beyond in helping capture
the spirit of this day. He remained in the background recording
every moment without disruption of the festivities. He
interviewed guest and made each of them feel at ease in front of
the camera.
Ron Cole, D.J.
Ron was flexible in the services provided to my
family. He went the extra mile to find the music that we wanted
him to play. Ron is also an accomplished singer and was able to
perform special song requests himself. I felt like I was saying
good-bye to a family member when the event was over.
Bird Release
I had never seen or participated in a bird
release ceremony prior to this one. The experience was one in a
million. The birds were gentle and easy to handle. Our guests
were in awe of the experience. It was the perfect ending to an
awe-inspiring ceremony.
